How To Book

In order to make a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rail tour price is due at the time of booking. For bookings including flights an additional £100 per person is also due at the same time. Any bookings made within eight weeks of departure from the UK will require payment in full.

Whilst we all hope that you have no problems prior to or during your holiday, we wish to make you aware that the airlines and Shongololo Express will levy additional cancellation charges in the event that you have to cancel your holiday plans due to unforseen circumstances within 8 weeks of travel. We strongly recommend that you arrange adequate holiday insurance to cover up to the total cost of all the travel arrangements.
