DAY 1 Mon JOHANESBURG - KRUGER PARK
Depart Johannesburg, travel east to Mpumalanga. At Kruger Gate board a 4x4 vehicle and travel to Rest Camp, game viewing en route. Overnight at camp.
DAY 2 Tues KRUGER NATIONAL PAR K - GREAT
LIMPOPO TRANSFRONTIER PEACE PAR K (GLTPP ) Depart to Limpopo, crossing the Olifants and Letaba rivers, game viewing en-route, to Mozambican sector of GLTP , to a luxurious, en-suite, tented wilderness camp, home for three nights.
DAY 3 Wed GLTPP
After coffee and rusks walk with an experienced field guide and an armed game ranger. Return for brunch, followed by a leisurely afternoon.
DAY 4 Thurs GLTPP
After breakfast onto Massingir and encounter the indigenous Shangaan people. Cross the spectacular 6km long Massingir Dam wall to Massingir. Return to the dam shores for late picnic lunch. Boat safari viewing unique water birds and various animals.
DAY 5 Fri GLTPP - KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy early breakfast and set off for Kruger Park. Dinner and overnight at camp.
DAY 6 Sat KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
Continue safari in the Park’s southern areas. Dinner in a traditional African Boma (weather permitting). Overnight at the lodge.
DAY 7 Sun KRUGER PAR K - JOHANESBURG
After breakfast depart for Johannesburg via Sabie, the scenic Long Tom Pass to Lydenburg, via Dullstroom. |
